The Financial Model for each of the businesses is based on part equity, debt with the Promoter Group having a substantial stake in each business.
The Businesses under Divine Cosmic Holidays & Resorts Pvt. Limited are primarily funded by
the Promoters upto 60%, and the rest funded thru’ debt from Banks, Financial Institutions and
Private Equity.
The Business conducted by Niran Infosolutions Private Limited are funded entirely by the
Promoter Group upto phase two. The Banking Business of the Company will be funded thru’
equity participation from Strategic Partners.The Business conducted under Niran Creations International are privately funded by the Group’sChairman.
