a) Set up and commence Commercial Operations of N Lounge Bar at Bangalore in Year One. Project has commenced and will start operations in a couple of months.
b) Commence Construction of a Ultra- Luxurious 30 Room, Fully Furnished Serviced Apartment Facility at Chennai in December 2009.
c) Commence Commercial Operations for the Serviced Apartments by June 2011.
d) Complete Capitalization process for Niran Infosolutions and apply and obtain SEBI Registration for Broking in Shares and Securities.
e) Set up and operate Trading Centres in all Major Cities in India.
f) Develop the Land Banks in Ooty, Kodaikanal and other Strategic Tourist Locations for designing and Building Leisure Holiday Resorts and Spa’s in 2010.
g) Complete Construction of the Resorts and start Commercial Operations by 2011.
h) Apply and Obtain Banking License from Reserve Bank of India to commence Commercial Banking Operations in INDIA by 2012.
i) Set up the Banking Infrastructure, develop client market and commence
operations for Investment & Personal Banking.
