Crores, and Real Estate Property in Bangalore City worth around 20 Crores. The Group’s Land
Banks do not have any Term Liabilities and all the properties under the Land Bank are free-hold
properties.
The Human Capital of the Group consists of CEO’s, Directors and Managers adequately
qualified to plan, develop, operate and grow the individual lines of business.
